Important Ordering Deadlines & Pickup Info

August 29 — Final Day to Order Hats: Hat orders close completely on this date. Any hats ordered by August 29 will be ready for distribution the week of  September 20th. (Note: If you order both hats and apparel together, your apparel will be ready week of Sept 13th , but your hats will be picked up separately on Sept 18).

August 29 — Deadline for First Apparel Pickup: Apparel ordered by August 29 will be included in the first team pickup on September 11.

August 30 to September 5 — Second Ordering Window: Apparel ordered during this week will be ready for team pickup on September 18.

September 6 to September 30 — Individual Pickup Window: Stores remain open for apparel only. Orders placed after September 5 will not be distributed by your team representative—you will need to pick them up directly from Tribal Printing.

Pickup Details All group orders will be collected by your team representative and distributed to you. Pickups at Tribal Printing occur during regular business hours (closed weekends).
