"We’re excited to announce the 2nd annual CJAM 99.1FM Higher Ground Music & Art Festival! 🎉🎨🎬🎻
This year we’re taking over historic Sandwich Towne on Saturday, September 28th from 4p.m.-2a.m. This free all-ages event will have four stages where you can experience a variety of music, poetry and visual art performances by local artists from Windsor and Detroit.
Stages are located at Mackenzie Hall, Mary E. Bibb Park and Dominion House.
Our headliner performance will be by the band Softcult, an alternative indie-rock duo from Kitchener, On.
